Please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before traveling with Khashana Travel, LLC ("Khashana"). By making a payment to Khashana, you indicate that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. They apply to all arrangements made by Khashana on your behalf.

Khashana’s Responsibility

Khashana acts as a booking agent for travel suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transportation companies, etc. These suppliers operate independently, and Khashana is not liable for any service failure, personal injury, or property damage caused by them. Khashana may cancel or alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Pricing and Confirmation of Services
 
Price quotes are estimates and subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit. If there are changes in exchange rates or unexpected additional costs, the price quote may be amended until final payment is received.
 
Travel Documents
 
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport, necessary visas, and other travel documents. Visa costs and relevant documentation are your responsibility. Airline tickets must match passport details. If traveling with minor children or visiting certain countries, additional documentation may be required. Khashana is not liable if entry to a country is denied.
 
Travel Risks and Insurance
 
Traveling involves inherent risks, and Khashana is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellation, luggage loss, etc. It is your responsibility to update the policy if needed.
 
Force Majeure
 
In the event of circumstances beyond Khashana's control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or civil unrest, itinerary changes or cancellations may occur. Khashana will make reasonable efforts to reimburse you, less potential costs incurred.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Khashana's cancellation policy supersedes that of suppliers. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of cancellation.
 
Health-Related Provisions
 
Notify Khashana of any dietary requirements, medical conditions, necessary vaccinations, or physical limitations. Certain trips may have age restrictions. Weight disclosure may be required for charter flights.
 
Air Arrangements
 
Arrive at the airport well in advance. Airline schedules may change, so it's your responsibility to reconfirm details. Charter flights are shared, and departure/arrival times may not be specified in advance. Cancellation and change fees vary by airline.
 
Baggage
 
Adhere to airline baggage requirements to avoid additional charges or delays. Weight restrictions may apply to certain aircraft and "land" itineraries. Personal expenses and certain fees/taxes are not included in the cost of your journey.
 
Consent
 
Your payment indicates consent to these Terms and Conditions. Changes to the agreement must be made in writing by an authorized officer of Khashana.
